I wasn't able to make it to a full 75 min yoga class this week because of some early mornings at work and was too tired after work but I still got in 30 min of yoga when I taught TRX/Yoga (which is better than nothing!).
Looking at maybe doing a 5K with Todd in the spring to see if he can break 24 minutes.
Monday: 4 mi (8:39 pace)
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/ TRX
Wednesday: 5 mi (8:33 pace)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
taught 30 min TRX/Yoga and took 30 min Yoga
Friday: 4 mi (8:27 pace)
Saturday: 5 mi (8:24 pace)
Sunday: 4 mi (8:29 pace)
taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
TOTAL: 22 mi
