Weekly Recap: November 18-24

Slowly starting to increase my mileage and will be increasing the length of my longest run every few weeks.  This week, I hope to do a 7 miler as well as some speed work.

Monday: 1 hr Hot Power Flow Yoga

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
3 mi (7:48 pace)

Wednesday: 4 mi (8:10 pace)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 6 mi (8:26 pace)

Saturday: 4 mi (8:04 pace)

Sunday: 6 mi w/ Tracy @ Antrim (9:10 pace)

TOTAL: 23 mi
