Back to my normal week of running 4 days & teaching 2 days with 1 rest day. Again, I'm really happy with how comfortable running is already and I've even run a few miles under 8:00 pace.
Monday: 4 mi (8:43 pace)
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Wednesday: 3 mi (8:37 pace)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 4 mi (8:24 pace)
Sunday: 4 mi (8:24 pace)
TOTAL: 15 mi
