Weekly Recap: May 13-19

I managed to run 5 out of 7 days we were on our cruise which I was really happy about.  It was nice to take a break from teaching Spin/TRX and I even lifted weights one day for the first time in like 2 years!  I ran on the treadmill every day except Wednesday when Todd & I ran on the jogging track that went around deck 5.  It was a little less than 0.50 miles for one lap and they had markers for 1 mi, 2 mi, 3 mi, 4 mi, and 5 mi which was nice.  The only downfall was that it was really humid running outside on a cruise ship sailing the Caribbean.

Monday: Off

Tuesday: 4 mi (8:48 pace)

Wednesday: 3 mi on jogging track w/ Todd (8:59 pace)

Thursday: 3 mi (8:49 pace)

Friday: 3 mi (8:44 pace)
Lifted total body

Saturday: 3 mi (8:52 pace)

Sunday: Off

TOTAL: 16 mi
