Weekly Recap: May 20-26

I had two really great runs this week, running about 8:30 pace for both of them.  I'm still feeling comfortable for the most part during my runs with occasional pressure that tends to go away after a few minutes. 

Todd & I are running a 5K this Saturday and while I know it'll be my slowest 5K I've ever run, I'm still excited to get out there and "race."

Monday: 4 mi (8:26 pace)--felt really good!

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 4 mi w/ Todd (8:47 pace)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
taught 30 min TRX/Yoga

Friday: Off

Saturday: 4 mi (8:47 pace)

Sunday: 4 mi w/ Todd (8:32 pace)
taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

TOTAL: 16 mi
