Mileage was a little low this week but I took Monday as a rest day. I'd love to run more than 3-4 miles for each run but honestly more than that would be challenging at this point not only because I have to pee a lot more but because I'm definitely more tired once I'm done with 4 miles and couldn't imagine running another 2-3 miles. More props to those women who can because I have no idea how they do it!

Wednesday: 3 mi (8:54 pace)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
taught 30 min TRX/Yoga
Friday: 3 mi w/ Todd (8:51 pace)
Saturday: 4 mi w/ Todd (8:42 pace)
Sunday: 4 mi (8:52 pace)
taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
TOTAL: 14 mi
Nice work, lady! I think it's awesome that you're still teaching, too. I'm with you - I hate the constant "have to pee" feeling. My doctor said that's why women stop running when pregnant - it's not because of pain, etc - but because they just get so annoyed with that feeling:) I have to go several times before I leave the house just to try and get it all out!
