I'm still feeling good running & consistently running between 8:35-8:50 pace. Pretty happy that I can still run comfortably under a 9 min pace but I'm sure my weeks are numbered until I slow down even more.
I was excited to run my first 5K race being pregnant and ran a lot faster than I anticipated....I was actually running at a comfortable pace too and was talking to Todd the entire race so I know I didn't push myself too hard. I should have a race report up in a couple days.
Monday: 5 mi (8:51 pace)
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Wednesday: 4 mi w/ Todd (8:42 pace)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
taught 30 min TRX/Yoga
Friday: 3 mi w/ Todd (8:49 pace)
Saturday: Jakestrong 5K (3.2 mi in 26:00; 8:07 pace)--Race report to come in a couple days
Sunday: 5 mi (8:37 pace)
TOTAL: 20 mi
