First time in awhile that I've only taught 1 class in a week and taken 2 rest days....and they were much needed! We spent most of the week with my extended family at our family's cottage in Laporte, PA. I always forget how hilly it is up in the Pennsylvania mountains and I was struggling on the uphills but made up time by crusing on the downhills.
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Wednesday: 4 mi (8:44 pace)
Thursday: 3 mi w/ Todd in Laporte, PA (8:59 pace)
Friday: 3 mi w/ Todd in Laporte, PA (8:47 pace)
Saturday: 3 mi w/ Todd in Laporte, PA (8:40 pace)
Sunday: Rest
TOTAL: 13 mi
It's awesome that you get to run with Todd so much - I bet it's somewhat comforting:) What another impressive week!
