Weekly Recap: July 8-14

First full week of only having to teach 2 classes and it was great!  I definitely overextend myself at times and am glad I finally realized I needed to cut back a little bit.  Still feeling pretty good on most runs but will usually have 1 run/week where I have to stop several times due to some pressure in my belly.

Monday: 3 mi (8:47 pace)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 4 mi w/ Todd (8:42 pace)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 3 mi (8:52 pace)

Saturday: 4 mi w/ Todd (8:47 pace)

Sunday: 4 mi (8:53 pace)

TOTAL: 18 mi
