Heading into the final weeks of pregnancy and things are finally starting to get a bit more uncomfortable when working out. My back is back to normal (thank god!) but after a 3 week hiatus from running, I was a bit sore after running 3 mi on Friday morning. I felt good during the run but was sore after and the next day which is the reason why I walked on Saturday instead of doing an actual workout. We'll see how these last few weeks go in terms of working out.
Monday: 30 min TRX/Cardio workout at home w/ 1 mi of running on the treadmill (~9:30 pace)
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Friday: 3 mi (9:17 pace)
Saturday: walked 2 mi w/ Todd
Sunday: 45 min Spinning
TOTAL: 4 mi
