Weekly Recap: July 11-17

My normal weekly workouts as of late except for taking off on both Saturday and Sunday.  I was having some contractions and thought it was best to take it easy.

Monday: 40 min Spinning @ Y (on my own) + 15 min strength/cardio circuit

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 50 min Spinning @ Y (on my own)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 1 hr Spinning @ Y (on my own)

Saturday: Rest

Sunday: Rest
