Weekly Recap: June 27-July 3

My workouts this past week looked almost identical to the week before with the exception of going to CycleBar yesterday for a class.  A couple girls I know from PAI Yoga & Fitness, along with Lynn, decided to go to a class together early in the morning and it was worth getting up early and not taking a rest day to work out, hang out, and chat with them afterwards.

Monday: 45 min cardio/strength circuit @ home

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 45 min Spinning @ Y (on my own)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 1 hr Spinning @ Y (on my own)

Saturday: 30 min Spinning @ Y (on my own) + 15 min cardio/strength circuit

Sunday: 50 min Spinning @ CycleBar Powell
