Weekly Recap: April 15-21

I'm really happy with how I've been feeling lately during my workouts and pleased I'm still able to run under a 9:00 min/mi pace comfortably despite being 17/18 weeks pregnant.

Monday: Rest

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 4 mi (8:43 pace)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
taught 30 min TRX/Yoga

Friday: 4 mi (8:56 pace)

Saturday: 4 mi (8:40 pace)

Sunday: 6 mi w/ Todd (8:42 pace)

TOTAL: 18 mi

Wore my Boston jacket for 6 mi on Sunday

and felt great!
