Weekly Recap: April 29-May 5

I hit 20 miles last week and finished the week yesterday with an awesome 5 mi run (other than the fact I did have to stop after 3 mi to pee).  I'm 20 weeks as of yesterday and was able to run comfortably at 8:30 pace.

Monday: 3 mi (8:43 pace)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 4 mi (8:54 pace)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
taught 30 min TRX/Yoga

Friday: 3 mi (8:54 pace)

Saturday: 5 mi w/ Todd (8:56 pace)

Sunday: 5 mi (8:30 pace)
taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

TOTAL: 20 mi
