I didn't even realize until I was typing this up that I only ran once last week! I went to Clocked twice though which is a challenging class and also taught Spin/TRX three times.
Monday: 1 hr Clocked @ System of Strength
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Wednesday: 15 min Step Mill + 30 min elliptical
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Friday: 4 mi (8:36 pace) + 15 min Tabata workout
Saturday: 1 hr Clocked @ System of Strength
Sunday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Total: 4 mi
