For those of you that are running Boston (or know someone who is & want to pass this on), check out this awesome spreadsheet about the Boston Marathon hills. I found this through one of the forums on RW & it helped me last year with some hill training. It used to be posted on this site but I couldn't find it when I went back to it the other day, but luckily I had it saved on my computer.
