Like I had mentioned before, this was a cutback week for me by 15% so I only ran 28 mi but I felt really good and strong on all 3 runs. Next week I will crank the mileage back up & end the week with an 18 mi long run. Let's hope the weather gets a little better between now & then!
Monday: 7 mi in 55:05; 7:52 pace (speedwork; 1 mi warm up, 3 x 1 mi @ 7:18, 7:15, 7:11 with 1 mi easy in between
Tuesday: 45 min elliptical; lifted total body
Wednesday: 14 mi @ 7:59 pace (long run on treadmill)
taught 20 min core class after work
Thursday: REST (much needed!)
Friday: 7 mi @ 8:25 pace (easy)
Saturday: 30 min elliptical; lifted total body
Sunday: taught 20 min core class & taught 50 min spinning
TOTAL: 28 mi
