Week 2 Recap: April 5-11

As you can see, I only ran 2 mi this week because my leg really started to hurt again. It was a tough week because of that and I had some big decisions to make. Let's just say my trip to Boston might not turn out the way I had planned.

Monday: 1 hr elliptical; lifted total body

Tuesday: 30 min elliptical, 45 min spinning
taught 20 min core after work

Wednesday: 40 min elliptical; lifted total body
2 mi after work (7:48, 7:58)

Thursday: 30 min bike; lifted core

Friday: REST

Saturday: 1 hr bike; lifted total body

Sunday: taught 20 min core & taught 50 min spinning

TOTAL: 2 mi

good week. i've been doing so much xt-ing lately too. but our bodies will thank us when we're able to toe the line at hopkington :) or at least that's what i'm trying to tell myself haha
