Weekley Recap: December 27-January 2

Nothing spectacular to note this week except I ran twice and my hip felt fine. This was my last really busy week at work for awhile so I shouldn't have to be working at 4:00 AM or working 11 days for the next few months, which hopefully means more time for working out!

Monday: 3 mi (8:00 min pace)

Tuesday: 75 min spinning/TRX combo class

Wednesday: 30 min spinning; med ball circuit & stair workout w/ firefighters

Thursday: REST

Friday: REST

Saturday: 4 mi (7:56 pace); lifted total body; 15 min Jackie Warner Xtreme Abs DVD

Sunday: taught 20 min core & taught 50 min spinning

TOTAL: 7 mi
