Weekly Recap: March 14-20

I had my longest "long" run in a few months with an 8 miler on Saturday before sitting in Pre-Cana for 8 hours with Todd. I felt good during the run and will hopefully be registering for a 1/2 Marathon at the beginning of May. As of yesterday, I'm also officially TRX certified and highly recommend everyone to try out a TRX class if it's available at a local gym because it's an awesome workout (if I haven't already mentioned that enough before).

Monday: 30 min elliptical

Tuesday: 45 min spinning

Wednesday: 5 mi (7:46 pace); lifted upper body
30 min Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown (Level 2)

Thursday: 5 mi (8:17 pace); 15 min elliptical

Friday: REST

Saturday: 8 mi (8:12 pace)

Sunday: 8 hr TRX training
taught 45 min spinning

TOTAL: 18 mi

what gym do you go to? i just joined urban active in gradview and they have a spinning class. i'd like to try it sometime, but i'm so nervous about being horrible in front of everyone. ha.
