After coming back from our honeymoon, it was hard to get back into the groove of everything, including going back to work and training for the marathon in October. I finished the week with a half marathon and despite my goal of breaking 1:40, I really can't be that disappointed considering my last double digit run was 3 weeks ago. Now it's time to really hammer out these last 6 week of training so I can break 3:30 on October 16.
Monday: REST
Tuesday: 4 mi (7:43 pace)
Wednesday: 5 mi (8:09 pace)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX combo class
Friday: 6 mi (8:16 pace)
Saturday: 4 mi (8:15 pace)
Sunday: Emerald City 1/2 Marathon (1:43:38; 7:54 pace)
TOTAL: 32 mi
