My workouts this week consisted of either running or teaching Spinning/TRX so nothing exciting to report about. I'm looking foward to the new year and having a little bit more time on my hands for some better quality workouts.
Monday: 5 mi (8:14 pace)
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX combo class
Wednesday: REST
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX combo class
Friday: 5 mi (8:00 pace; 2 x 1 mi @ 7:42, 7:37)
Saturday: 6 mi (8:15 pace)
Sunday: REST (Christmas)
TOTAL: 16 mi
