I took last week as a recovery week from running & will begin training for the Cap City 1/2 Marathon this week. I'm looking to run sub 1:40 so I need to do more speedwork and increase the mileage on my mid-week runs. I did Insanity for the first time in about 5-6 months last week too & wow, was I sore the next day! I'd like to keep incorporating that in at least 1x/week and stay consistent on going to hot yoga 1x/week (I finally made it back after 6 weeks!)
Monday: REST
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX combo class
taught 30 min Core & taught 45 min Spinning
Wednesday: Insanity Pure Cardio (40 min)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX combo class
Friday: 4 mi (8:14 pace)
Saturday: 5 mi (7:53 pace)
Sunday: 1 hr Hot Power Flow Yoga
taught 1 hr Spinning
TOTAL: 9 mi

I need to start found some speed work so I can increase my times. I'm hoping to relay the half with a friend.
