Weekly Recap: July 23-29


I didn't have any tempo or speedwork planned for last week since I was trying to recover from my hard 1/2 marathon in Chicago.  I had 3 easy runs and 1 long run of 16 miles.  Time to start bumping up the mileage...

9 weeks until Akron Marathon
14 Weeks until NYC Marathon

Monday: REST

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class
taught 30 min Core and taught 45 min Spinning

Wednesday: 6 mi easy (8:27 pace)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class

Friday: 6 mi easy w/ Todd (8:22 pace)

Saturday: 16 mi on Olentangy Bike Path (8:26 pace)

Sunday: 4 mi in Leetonia w/ Todd (hilly; 8:47 pace)
taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class

TOTAL: 32 mi
