Weekly Recap: August 13-19

I had a nice cutback week with a few easy runs, a half marathon pace effort one day, and a goal marathon pace longer run on Saturday.  I finally got my first rest day yesterday in weeks & it was much deserved!  Attempting 50 miles for this weeks mileage.

Monday: 6 mi (8:24 pace)
75 min Power Flow Yoga

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class

Wednesday: 6 mi @ half marathon pace (7:38 pace)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class
4 mi (8:38 pace)

Friday: 6 mi (8:22 pace)

Saturday: 13 mi (7:57 pace)

Sunday: REST

TOTAL: 35 mi
