Weekly Recap: September 24-30

Easy week leading up to my PR at the Akron Marathon on Saturday.  My goal was to just break 3:30 and I ended up running 3:27:53....better than I could have ever expected on a hilly course.  Planning on taking 1 week off from running and trying to wrap my head around the fact I PR'ed by almost 7 minutes!

Monday: 6 mi (8:38 pace)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class

Wednesday: 4 mi (8:15 pace; 2 mi @ goal marathon pace)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class

Friday: 3 mi (8:20 pace)

Saturday: 26.2 mi @ AKRON MARATHON (3:27:53; 7:56 pace)

Sunday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class

TOTAL: 39 mi
