I ended up teaching 6 classes this week; 3 were my normal Spin/TRX and then I subbed 3 classes of TRX/Yoga where I taught the 30 min portion of TRX. It was a long week of teaching and working so running definitely took a backseat but I still mananged 4 days of 4 miles for a weekly total of 16 miles.
Monday: taught 2 x 30 min TRX/Yoga & took 30 min Yoga
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class
Wednesday: 4 mi (8:24 pace)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class
4 mi (8:02 pace)
taught 30 min of TRX/Yoga
Friday: REST
Saturday: 4 mi (8:29 pace)
Sunday: 4 mi w/ Todd (8:12 pace)
taught 1 hr Spin/TRX Combo class
TOTAL: 16
