Weekly Recap: December 24-30

I didn't have to teach quite as much this week because of Christmas and a snow storm we got which was a welcome relief.  Felt pretty good about my running and will be trying to add more yoga in this week.

Monday: taught 2 x 30 min TRX/Yoga and took 30 min Yoga

Tuesday: REST (Christmas)

Wednesday: 5 mi (8:09 pace)

Thursday: 4 mi (7:37 pace)

Friday: 1 mi warm up & 1 mi cool down with strength & cardio circuit in between

Saturday: 4 mi (8:08 pace)

Sunday: 4 mi (8:15 pace)
taught 1 hr Spin/TRX & taught 1 hr Beginner TRX

TOTAL: 19 mi


Circuit from Friday

Repeat 3 times:

10 burpees
20 squats
30 mountain climbers
10 push ups
20 squat jumps
30 crunches
