You are super woman! Happy new year! Your blog encourages me to keep going. Back to work today which means back to the 4:45 a.m. Wake up calls and cold dark runs. Any good secrets to share on running a Boston qualifying marathon? I am 42 training hard for a marathon in Feb. I have been doing a tempo run once a week, core class, then a hill workout or 800s. Then just a recovery run and long run. My 800s are at 3:30 and I am up to 6. Any advice or words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.
