Weekly Recap: January 7-13

Started my week off with hot yoga and ended it with 2 great runs outside in 60 degree weather.  I can't ask for much more in the middle of January!

Monday: 75 min Hot Power Flow

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
4 mi (8:09 pace)

Wednesday: 5 mi (8:21 pace)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
taught 30 min TRX/Yoga and took 30 min Yoga

Friday: 4 mi (8:13 pace)

Saturday: 4 mi (8:19 pace)

Sunday: 4 mi w/ Todd (8:16 pace)
taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

TOTAL: 21 mi
