taught 30 min TRX/Yoga and took 30 min Yoga

Friday: 4 mi (8:27 pace)

Saturday: 4 mi w/ Todd (8:21 pace)

Sunday: 4 mi w/ Todd (8:16 pace)
taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
