Weekly Recap: March 11-17

Mileage was low but was still able to do some sort of exercise every day.  If you read my earlier post today, you'll find out why I'm not running as much and why my pace is so much slower than normal.

Monday: 3 mi (8:40 pace)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 3 mi (8:40 pace)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
taught 30 min TRX/Yoga & took 30 min Yoga

Friday: 4 mi (8:48 pace)

Saturday: 75 min Hot Power Flow Yoga

Sunday: 4 mi w/ Emily (9:02 pace)

TOTAL: 14 mi
