I had my longest run in over a year on Saturday and felt great! Almost all of my runs are done on the treadmill while Lucy is still sleeping in the morning so sometimes if I hit snooze once or twice, I have to cut my run short (as was the case on Monday morning when I only managed to get 3 miles in) because I need time to shower. Lucy is like clockwork too and will get up most mornings by 7:30 AM.
Monday: 3 mi (7:41 pace; 8:03, 7:45, 7:16)
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Wednesday: 5 mi (8:15 pace)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Friday: 6 mi (8:09 pace)
Saturday: 8 mi (8:20 pace)
Sunday: 4 mi (7:58 pace) & TRX workout
TOTAL: 26 mi
