I didn't teach my normal Spin/TRX this week due to Christmas but was able to sub a Spin/Core class on Saturday morning. My mile intervals on Monday went much better than expected and I even ran my 8 miler this week 5 seconds faster per mile.
Monday: 6 mi w/ 3x1 mi @ 7:30, 7:26, 7:22 (7:48 pace)
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: 4 mi (8:04 pace)
Thursday: 5 mi (8:04 pace)
Friday: 2 mi (7:51, 7:19) & TRX/Cardio workout
Saturday: 4 mi (8:14 pace)
taught 1 hr Spin/Core
Sunday: 8 mi (8:15 pace)
TOTAL: 29 mi
