Weekly Recap: December 9-15

I met my goal of running between 25-30 miles this week and was able to run 28 miles including a "longer" run of 7 miles.  Excited that 8:20-8:30 pace is once again comfortable for me and I can start to work towards 8:00 pace becoming my new comfortable pace.

Monday: 5 mi (7:49 pace)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
taught 1 hr Spinning

Wednesday: 5 mi (8:23 pace)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 6 mi (8:18 pace)

Saturday: 5 mi (8:08 pace)

Sunday: 7 mi (8:23 pace)

TOTAL: 28 mi
