Weekly Recap: January 27-February 2

Three out of the four days I ran last week were sub-8:00 min pace and felt comfortable (except for the mile repeats...those were challenging!) I've been loving the 6-8 mile distance and hope to do more of those this week and hopefully run over 30 miles.

Monday: 40 min Insanity Pure Cardio

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 6 mi (7:36 pace; 3 x 1 mi @ 7:22, 7:14, 7:05)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 7 mi (8:12 pace)

Saturday: 6 mi (7:56 pace)

Sunday: 8 mi (7:57 pace)

TOTAL: 27 mi
