Weekly Recap: May 12-18

My weekly recaps will likely have more rest than workouts in the next few weeks as I'm still having major back/hip/leg issues.  What started as a muscle issue I believe now is sciatica as I'm having pain down my left leg with some tingling sensations.  Back to the doctor again today hopefully.

Monday: 3 mi w/ jogging stroller (8:52 pace)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
taught 2 one hour boot camp classes for work

Wednesday: Rest

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: Rest

Saturday: Rest

Sunday: Rest

TOTAL: 3 mi
