I was surprised at how sore, specifically my quads, were after the half marathon so I took an extra rest day at the beginning of the week. By the end of the week, I was easing back into running but then my back started to bother me again over the weekend so I wasn't able to run as far as I would've liked. I'm hoping to see the chiropractor and massage therapist again this week because I can tell that my right hip/glute is still very tight and is causing my right hip to be higher than my left.

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Wednesday: 3 mi (8:19 pace)
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Friday: 4 mi (7:47 pace)
Saturday: 3 mi (7:25 pace; 7:58, 7:25, 6:54)
Sunday: 4 mi (8:08 pace)
TOTAL: 14 mi
