I made it to the Y twice last week to work out, taught my normal Tues/Thurs Spin/TRX classes, went to System of Strength once, and worked out at home twice....solid week of workouts!
Monday: 30 min Stepmill (which was hard!) & 20 min Strength/Core circuit
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Friday: 1 hr Control class @ System of Strength
45 min Spinning
Saturday: walked 4 mi on treadmill
Sunday: walked 1 mi on treadmill (warm up) & did 30 min cardio/strength/core circuit
