We left for our family's cottage in the mountains of Pennsylvania last Wednesday so I had some rest days as well as a couple workouts done with no equipment (besides my laptop for the Insanity workout).
Monday: 45 min Spinning @ Y (on my own) + core workout
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Wednesday: 2 mi walk/jog + 30 min AMRAP workout (6 min x 5; cardio/strength/core exercises)
Thursday: Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit (40 min)
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 30 min strength/cardio workout
Sunday: Rest
