Weekly Recap: December 14-20

I had to be at work at 3:45 AM on both Monday & Wednesday last week but had about an hour break from 6:30-7:30 AM so I actually worked out there both days doing Insanity on Monday & a cardio/strength circuit I made up on Wednesday.  I'm glad I worked out because it helps me feel more awake so I don't fall asleep at my desk on those days!  Also, my back pretty much feels back to 100% now.

Monday: Insanity Pure Cardio (40 min)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 40 min Cardio/Strength circuit

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 1 hr Clocked @ System of Strength

Saturday: 2 mi (9:52 pace) + Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit (40 min)

Sunday: taught 1 hr SpinCore
