Weekly Recap: December 21-27

It seems like it's always challenging to squeeze in workouts during a holiday week, especially if it involves traveling so I was pleased I only had to take 2 (much-needed) rest days this week.  Running workouts are at a comfortable pace to ensure my back doesn't flare up again.

Monday: 3 mi (9:07 pace) + 20 min Tabata workout

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 1 hr In the Mix @ System of Strength

Thursday: Rest

Friday: 3 mi (9:12 pace)

Saturday: Rest

Sunday: 3 mi (9:10 pace) + 20 min strength/cardio circuit (2 min rounds)
