Lots of teaching + lots of spinning this past week and that trend will continue again this week.

Monday: Rest

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 45 min Spinning @ Y (on my own)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday:  1 hr In the Mix @ System of Strength + 30 min Spinning @ Y (on my own)

Saturday: taught 75 min Spin/TRX

Sunday: Rest (Easter)
