Another week of Boston training in the books...it's hard to believe I'm down to single digit weeks until race day. It's been flying by! I ran 4x this week instead of 3 because I wanted to bump up my mileage a bit before I maintain it for the next few weeks until another cut back week.
Monday: 6 mi (hillwork; 4x400 @ 5% grade @ goal marathon pace)
1 hour cardio & strength combo class @ the gym after work
Tuesday: 45 min elliptical, 10 min stepmill
Wednesday: 8 mi (tempo; 2x2mi @ 7:32, 7:24 & 7:27, 7:18 with 2 mi warm up & 1 mi cooldown; 7:43 average pace)
Taught 20 min core after work
Thursday: 4 mi (easy); lifted total body
1.5 hr indoor rock climbing w/ Todd
Friday: REST
Saturday: 18 mi @ 8:38 pace
Sunday: taught 20 min core & taught 50 min spinning
TOTAL: 36 mi

gahhh i can't believe t-9weeks!! that's soooo crazy. i'm really starting to get pumped :)
