Weekly Recap: April 12-18

I didn't have the greatest week of workouts with only getting 5-6 hours of sleep most nights and leaving for Boston early Saturday morning. I'm not really sure how this week will go either but I plan on getting some hardcore workouts in at the beginning of May.

Monday: 45 min elliptical; lifted total body

Tuesday: 45 min bike; lifted core

Wednesday: REST

Thursday: 45 min elliptical; lifted total body w/ Em

Friday: 1 hr elliptical; lifted core

Saturday: REST

Sunday: 40 min elliptical; lifted core & push ups (hotel fitness center)
