Dime-A-Dog Night

On Monday night, Todd & I headed downtown to Huntington Park to watch the Columbus Clippers, our local minor league baseball team, play the Pawtucket Red Sox. It also happened to be Dime-A-Dog Night at the ballpark. Coincidence? I don't think so.

Since our tickets were just general admission (standing only), we didn't have to rush to our seats so instead we rushed to the concession stand to get our fair share of 10 cent hot dogs. You were allowed to get 5 at a time for a whopping 50 cents and even though I knew I would never eat 5, Todd told me to get them all anyways. We ended up throwing a few of them away.

Our "seats"
My obligatory ballpark ice cream sundae
Great night for a baseball game
Cheesy photo opportunity

It was a great night as the Clippers won 11-7 and we saw 3 home runs! We might have also bought a couple t-shirts on the way out of the park too, something like this and this. I love these shirts, super soft & comfy!

k first of all, the pic of 10 hot dogs is hilarious and secondly, where did you find that amazing website with the t-shirts? Did you see the ones that are "Surf Ohio". I am laughing so hard right now!

my dad and boyfriend wear their surf ohio shirts frequently - and people just look at them funny - but it really was an event a few years ago
