Weekly Recap: July 26-Aug 1

I felt good on all my runs this week even though I was disappointed the 5K I ran on Saturday morning was a bit short. I'm hoping to get in 2 days of lifting/circuits and cross-training this week as well as a rest day.


Monday: 6 mi (7:55 pace)

Tuesday: 45 min elliptical; lifted total body

Wednesday: 11 mi (8:08 pace); core

Thursday: taught 45 min spinning

Friday: 4 mi w/ Todd (8:29 pace)

Saturday: Christine Wilson Memorial 5K (20:38; was only 2.93 mi according to my garmin)

Sunday: 5 mi w/ Todd (9:08 pace)
taught 20 min core & taught 50 min spinning


TOTAL: 29 mi
