Weekly Recap: October 11-17

I had a great taper week and ended the week running my 5th marathon in 3:39:35, qualifying for Boston for the 3rd time. I'll have a race report ready in the next couple days. By the way, this was my first 40 mile week since February.....can you say under trained??

Monday: 30 min bike

Tuesday: 7 mi (7:58 pace; 4 x 4 min @ 7:15-7:20 pace)

Wednesday: REST

Thursday: 4 mi easy (8:18 pace)

Friday: REST

Saturday: 3 mi easy w/ Todd (8:25 pace)

Sunday: 26.2 mi--COLUMBUS MARATHON (3:39:35; 8:23 pace)


TOTAL: 40 mi
