Buckeye Bars

Since Todd & I were tailgating with his family last weekend, I made Buckeye Bars to bring with us. If you like peanut butter and chocolate, you will absolutely love these! The bottom layer is almost like peanut fudge and then it's topped with chocolate & more peanut butter. They're very rich but delicious.

First layer of peanut butter, powdered sugar & butter
Second layer of chocolate & peanut butter

Looks delish! I've never thought of turning them into bar form - one of the things i've enjoyed about living in Ohio is making the Buckeyes and taking them in to WV during the Holidays! :)
