I've definitely lost some motivation to run right now which is actually okay with me. I like switching things up and I don't want to get burnt out from running. I took a yoga class for the first time this week and look forward to a more advanced class next week. I also took the TRX suspension training class twice and after not lifting very much for the past month, I was hurting after those classes. Next week, I hope to run a little bit more because Todd & I just signed up for a 4 mi race on Thanksgiving morning and I'd like to run under 7:30 pace.
Monday: 1 hr TRX Suspension Training class
1 hr Basic Yoga class
Tuesday: 4 mi (8:24 pace)
Wednesday: 45 min elliptical; core
Thursday: REST
Friday: 1 hr TRX Suspension Training class
Saturday: 6 mi @ Sharon Woods Metro Park (8:10 pace)
Sunday: taught 20 min core & taught 50 min spinning
TOTAL: 10 mi

Nice to meet you! I found your blog today and noticed that you are in Columbus, Ohio - me too! So cool! I can't wait to read more of your blog!
I just found your blog and wanted to say hello. Those sound like some great workouts. And I'm with you on wanting to switch it up. A year ago, when I finished training for my fitness competition, I wanted nothing to do with weights. Now this year, I'm 7 months pregnant and cannot WAIT to get back to heavier lifting, plyos, intervals, etc. LOL
